The RATPACK joins many talented youth in claiming "Our DC"!!

The RATPACK braved the cold last night along with hundreds of talented youth and other supporters, in order to make a statement!! The statement is that they NEED a better solution!! The solution these youth are speaking about is viewed as the only way they will be able to survive in the future. Robert served as co-host of the event that ran from 12noon until approximately 10pm. Ratpack member DANARIAN said, “This MOVEMENT is very important for us!! “This MOVEMENT is gonna take all of us, Black, White, Latino, Indian, every youth that lives in these United States need to be part of this MOVEMENT!!”

The supporters of this effort span the age range and occupations of the 99 percent from poor to middle class to youth to seniors. The young and middle-aged have a little more ability to occupy than older folks.
It is very simple what the main theme is for all. It is the growing inequity of wealth in the country. The top 1 percent have 37 percent of the wealth. They are mad because Wall Street destroyed the American economy in 2008 and no one has been held accountable by either political party. No one has been indicted for destroying 20 percent of our national wealth gained since the founding of our country. One party is bought and paid for by Wall Street and the other does a pretty good job of taking their share also.
People are tired of their politicians accomplishing nothing while aiming to become one of the 1 percent themselves.  Many are already there if they have been in Washington long enough. They seem to have no concern for the 25 million people who cannot find a full-time job or the 50 million who can’t seek medical care when they are ill. They hate it because there are another 50 million who need government assistance to feed themselves. They have had enough.

The day long event was filled with games, Inspirational poems, Dancing & Inspirational Hip Hop performances. To cap it off the days events, RATPACK member DANARIAN, performed an assortment of top R&B hits, along with some of his personally written works from his upcoming self entitled project.

As usual, the young ladies were thrilled with his rendition of Cris Brown & Trey Songz. All in All, it was a very powerful event and a statement was made!! DC has an overwhelming amount of talented and focus driven youth that is working hard now to overcome potential obstacles in the future.
